The jaw surgery (orthognathic) isn’t cosmetic (it’s to correct my bite) but the rhinoplasty could be. Could you still have rhinoplasty with the NHS which isn’t due to trauma? How can you persuade them?

So I’m really unsatisfied with my nose. I’m considering rhinoplasty, but I need advice. I don’t know which places to trust, and what good prices are. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I can go or information?
If you get it fixed after you broke it again, it returns to the same way it was after you got the rhinoplasty right cos its permanent?

Not so long ago, my friends sister who is 16 i believe recently got rhinoplasty.
She didn’t have nose issues, or any trouble with breathing. It was she just wanted to be "prettier" by allowing herself to get this nose surgery.
What do you think about this?

I’m planning to undergo rhinoplasty tomorrow but I’ll be a bridesmaid on November 9. Should I go tomorrow for surgery? 19 days of healing process will the marks, swellings and bruises go away? And oh, also the pain….
I had a rhinoplasty 2 years ago and i personally like myself much better now. My self-esteem is much higer than it was before and i like my new nose.

the alar base is just skin, not cartilage or bone….. i’m only having the size of my nostrils reduced (i have a deformity). no operations on the bone/cartilage of the nose. can this be performed under local anesthetic?
okay so i got rhinoplasty/ septoplasty on the 17th. and i thinkmy swelling has gone down a bit and isnt that bad. I get my stitches out tomorrow. and my splint off on friday (a week later). I know they say it takes 2-3 weeks for major swelling to go down but is there anyway […]
