cohesive gel silicone implants?

Hi,
I would like to ask anyone who has had cohesive silicone breast implants, is the feel obvious that you have had implants? As in is it hard, and can your boyfriend who has no idea that you did implants know that u underwent breast augmentation just by touching?
I am really flat, smaller than an A cup at 22 years old, and have always been teased, so yes, i have thought it through and wanna undergo this surgery, its just that, i wouldnt want my boyfriend to know i underwent breast augmentation without me telling…
so ya, please tell me the feel, any comments would be appreciated!
