breast forms that could be worn that actual look real?

I noticed that there is such a thing as these breast forms made out of silicone that can be worn on top of ones breasts and I guess you use special make up to blend it in so they look real, kind of like getting external implants. Its hard to find information on this and I noticed that a lady with a talk show and some other news lady did it as well to see what it was like. I think it would be alot of fun to use these if they look and feel pretty real. Has anyone ever used one before and recommend one? If this is in fact real it would be some extra fantasy fun in the bedroom!
