Do saline breast implants over the muscle "fluff"?

I had my breast augmentation surgery 09/11/09. I have had minimal swelling & no bruising. Right now, I am a little smaller than I had hoped for/expected. I’m wondering if my breasts may get a little larger as my natural tissue expands/stretches to accommodate the implant? I was a 36 small B pre BA, 370cc’s above the muscle. I’m just wanting answers from women that have experienced this please.
