Rhinoplasty

Im having orthognathic surgery by the NHS,would it be possible to have rhinoplasty as well which is cosmetic?

The jaw surgery (orthognathic) isn’t cosmetic (it’s to correct my bite) but the rhinoplasty could be. Could you still have rhinoplasty with the NHS which isn’t due to trauma? How can you persuade them?
rhinoplasty = nose job

  1. Only if it’s causing sever mental trauma and can’t be treated any other way. I guess it’ll be hard to persuade a professional over a time period that you’re suicidal because you have a big conk, but that’s the way to go

  2. ive had that thought and my mums a nurse and she says no only private clinics do that but i think there could be a loophole in the system because i broke my nose and i have breathin problems so i might try i :D
