You can do a Glycolic peel at home, which is similar I think. I’ve never heard it called a chemical peel before.
Anyway, Loreal has a Glycolic Peel kit called Renoviste (I think), which gives you everything you need to do it, plus the instructions. It’s quite easy, and it works really well. It reveals newer, fresher skin, which is usually lighter, softer and has less blemishes.
However, you can only use it occasionally (will say how often on the box), so don’t overdo it or it will damage your skin.
A Chemical peel is a sort of acid that is put on you face to remove layers of dead skin and impurities. You cant do them yourself at home no! It will leave your face looking a bit red for a couple of days but it is worth it! x
