Are there any good dr out there?

Here’s how it all started I went to the dentist then 3 day later my throat stated bugging me so I went to the Dr and he side it was acid reflux so as days go by my left arm stared hurting then got cramp in the side of my breast then it got inflated on my left back wig for no reason I went to the Dr who said it was because I was on the computer to much I feel weak right now my legs feel heavy sometimes and every time I try to lift weights my arms feel like I’m going to pull a muscles cause my arms feel week they took blood off me and said everything is find but that’s all he did. I was constipated for a while and I took herbs so that same night my stomach stared hurting I had poop out black clay I told my Dr all this and he says it’s all stress and he said that maybe the herbs did that to me but yet he doesn’t even now what are herbs
Now my right arm has mile pain just like the other stared and my head feels mile pressure like someone hit me on the head
